Enjoy the great food, but for the price it is worth sitting outside on the deck overlooking the ocean. Chicken Pita and side salad delicious, and service was great.
To begin with the positives: the view was beautiful and it was a beautiful day. Our waiter was personal and nice. The short: a beautiful place to eat with subpar service and middling, drastically overpriced food. The length: Our food lasted almost 45 minutes, although less than a quarter of the tables were occupied. We ordered two hamburgers, lobster Mac and cheese and a grilled chicken pita. The $35 lobster Mac contained what looked to combed pasta and small pieces lobster, with thin looking cheese sauce. My order, the OG-Burger, was worse than unstoppable. What was supposed to be a Smash broker, was quite clearly a failed (? patty, not unlike the frozen we 'd grilled in a grill in the night before. The special sauce was completely missing and the patty itself was overcooked and dry. The most tasteful things on the burger were the onions. I put some ketchups on the burger with my frits. I had much better burgers in fast food restaurants. The shoes were crisp and well salted, which was a plus. The chicken pit was okay. Unless you just come for a few drinks and a nice view.
We were excited to check out this spot for lunch and the views didn?t disappoint. However, the food and service are not worth the high prices. Breakfast is only served until 11am and the lunch menu is very heavy and not enticing for an outdoor meal. The best thing on the menu are the fresh juices which are $12. The rest of our orders were relatively disappointing. A $34 Greek salad with shrimp (one of the few lighter things) consists of a small bowl of mostly greens and 4 cold shrimp on the side taken straight from shrimp cocktail, for example. And waitstaff is aloof and doesn?t know the menu. Our waiter was nowhere to be found most of the time and told us the shrimp on the salads comes grilled. It seems they hire based on looks alone. Maybe breakfast is better here but you have to order before 11am. However, our $250 lunch for 3 without any alcoholic drinks was a total miss. At least valet parking (the only option) is free. Please bring on a better chef and staff for such a high end establishment.
They are avocado toast with smoked salmon and poached eggs was absolutely winner for me until I had crab Benedict! Either you having a dinner or breakfast you will be satisfied with every item on the menu.
