Taco Bell - Monrovia

I usually go thru the drive thru but this time I went inside nice and clean service was great food was also great a small meal before going home to make dinner.

Um.. 1 hr before closing and not one person responded to the drive thru. I pulled around to see about ordering on the app and saw numerous cars run through frustrated because no one came. Did management close early? Looks to be common that this locationdoesn?t keep to the open hours.

Cinnamon Twist spilled on top of the food items. Food and sauce in bag was completely covered in sugar and cinnamon making a huge mess on clothing and all over the car. Cinnamon twists should be bagged separately. To make matters worse we had to doubleback for missing items.

This location is a cheat. Ordered online, I was supposed to get a mango freeze for free. On my app it clearly says no charge. Then the guy on the counter says I have to pay for it. Garbage.

This place in the City of Duarte is a surprising place to have breakfast friendly service and has cream for our coffee as most Taco Bell's are out that early it's important to have your customers needs meet and they came out on top for me So give them avisit you won't be disappointed ????????????????????
