Riverside Coney Island - Monroe

I have been doing buisness with riverside since 2015 on 07/14/2024 I will never go back I paid for 3 pound extra corn and only received 1 pound and no corn or potatoes be advised that’s 23$ missing product and they aren’t doing anything about the situation ! what a big scam don’t go there they will do you the same way

Dirty bugs in the restrooms crawfish was not good at all.

The service was crappy and took forever for someone to wait on us...The waitress acted like we weren't there and took our order she didn't check to see if we needed anything else for her.. Needless to say she didn't earn her keep that night from Riverside Coney

My granddaughter wanted some crawfish and daughter wanted something other than seafood . So we decided to go to riverside. First of all when we walked in the waiter was rude and just rung us up as a to go. We didn't know that we had to specify that we wanted to eat outside. The woman waiter came and got made after I asked to order another tea . Talking about she had got in trouble cause we didn't get rung up as a outside eater instead of to go. I had know idea that I had to do that every where else we go they always ask if it is to go or eat in. They waiter made such a big deal that my daughter told her to move around and my 8 year old granddaughter said they needed to be sued . She said Nana rate them a 2 stars so I rated 1 cause the crawfish didn't taste worth a damn. Comier's and Sammy's are way freaking better and their customers service is on point.

We had the crawfish there the other night and it was so good!! Very spicy, if you like it that way.
