Catfish Charlie's - Monroe

My wife should be used to manage this restaurant back in 2006 under different ownership Charlie Coleman. This was our first time back 16 years. Food was perfect. Friendly staff.

A little on the pricey side, but the food is well worth it! Plenty of room inside for seating, nice atmosphere. The Gumbo, hushpuppies, shrimp and catfish were amazing.

This place used to be such a nice place to eat. Now, Service is terrible, food was cold from being set out to long. Very dissatisfied! Finally after 30 minutes had to ask if our food was ready, one meal was and had been sitting on the counter for a lil while, and wasn't warm at all and the other wasn't even cooked yet.
