Panda Express - Monroe

I ordered a family meal with Orange Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, and Noodles. Everything was fantastic! The dishes were hot and fresh. It's always hit and miss whether they include soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce, but none were included today.

Charged for Bigger plate and was missing an entire entree. This is the second time in a row ordering and the order has been wrong! Food is too expensive, uncharged and extra for delivery to rip people off like this! Done with Panda!!

Wrong rice, single portion instead of two, no sweet and sour for Cream Cheese Rangoon, one of the three rangoons had no filling. Everything tasted like it had been sitting there a while. Nah.

The food was not fresh. The rice was terrible. The honey walnut shrimp was soggy and mushy. The orange chicken had a strange taste and color. My past orders were five-star, but this one didn't even deserve one star. Please improve!

The food at this restaurant could use some improvement in both quality and quantity. It would be better if the dishes were cooked for a shorter time and were more moist. Lowering the flame while cooking would result in better-tasting food.
