Little Caesars Pizza - Monroe

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. We waited at the window for more than 13 minutes, and the employee with purple hair made eye contact with us twice. Unfortunately, we didn't get to place our order because by the time she came to the window, we had already seen the calorie counts and decided it was not worth the wait. Despite the lack of customers, the staff seemed indifferent. I would rate it 0 stars if that were an option.

I later went to a competitor, Domino's Pizza, where I received excellent service. They had my order ready in just 15 minutes, and I left their store with my food by 10:03 pm. I placed my order in person at their store, not online.

I went to the restaurant for a lunch deal, and was told it would be ready in ten minutes. After realizing that it was taking longer than expected, I went to stand where they could see me. The look on their faces indicated that they had forgotten about me. I ended up waiting close to 30 minutes before my food was finally ready, and by that time, my lunch hour was over.

Ordered two of those stromboli things and they were extremely doughy and undered

Waited(2nd vehicle)in the drive thru for 25 min .. I finally walked in to see if they actually had pizza hot n ready . There wasn't any acknowledgment from staff with several people waiting inside and out! The person in front of me who was the drive thru window got their order thru the window as Iwas tryingto get the attention of the person handing the food out the window. So I returned to my vehicle as a vehicle that was behind me went around and took my spot the drive thru window(nearly hitting the building) so I decided that the pizza and service definitely wasn't wort the wait nor the frustration! This place sucks!
