Firehouse Subs Monroe

Attention to all high school and college students do not work at this location. They with hold your paycheck, and they demand you work on their hours and days they provide. If you try to provide the certain days you work, they will not care. A very unprofessional working environment.

Ladies were nice but the food accuracy was not great. Order a small hook and ladder without mayo and mustard and also a plan steak and cheese just steak and cheese nothing else) they proceeded to give me a completely plain hook and ladder and a not plan steak and cheese. Looked at us weird when we let them know.. They remade it for us and then forgot the onions on my hook and ladder… prefer the one in pineville and indian land they’re great!

The order was incorrect, so I called to inform the restaurant. They instructed me to come back to have it corrected, but I was already on my way somewhere else. When I asked if I could return later, the manager told me no and insisted that I come back immediately if I wanted my sub to be correct. This unfriendly and unaccommodating management made for a very disappointing experience.

This is the best place to get a sub. Subway is not a good option unless you enjoy wilted lettuce. At Firehouse Subs, they weigh your food to ensure you get a fair portion. I could eat Firehouse Subs every day, they are amazing. Subway is known for being stingy with their toppings, so you don't get what you pay for. I'm thankful for Firehouse Subs. I placed a takeout order at this restaurant, but when I got home, I realized that my sandwich was not prepared correctly. I called the store and was told I could come back anytime to get my order fixed. When I visited today, the person who answered the phone had not written down my name, so the manager refused to honor the mistake. I informed the manager that I would be leaving a review, to which he responded apathetically. It seems that customer service is not a priority for this establishment. I wasted 15 minutes driving back and forth to rectify the situation.
