Chicken sandwich and 3 pcs dinner was delicious and the lady at the front register was really nice!

It would be nice if I was asked the way I wanted my children prepared( original ..crispy... spicy... And can this and all drive thru operators give you 10 seconds to look at the menu? But don't just not respond as well... And KFC needs to work on the gravy. Lately it's been thick enough to cut with a knife.

I was told it would take 3 minutes for my order and it ended up being 10 minutes. No apology or explanation. Worst service ever! Love the food hated the service!

If you're from the South and you're not eating at KFC, what are you doing? I know for sure you’re not still going to Church's! Don’t get me wrong, Church's is okay if you enjoy greasy food, but I prefer a home-cooked piece of chicken. Nothing beats KFC for me; it tastes like I made it myself. Thank you for the great service at the location on 165 South, and keep up the good work!

I ordered a Mac and Cheese Bowl, but what I received was just crumbs. The chicken was tough and seemed old.
