Ixtapa - Monroe

Ixtapa, has been a long time staple of Monroe. They’ve been serving the community by keeping belly’s full for decades. A lot of the staff has remained the same, which speaks volumes of the longevity of the business. It’s great to see some many familiar faces that I remember growing up.
