Duke's Grill - Monroe

Stopped here for lunch today at the recommendation of a friend who lives in the area. The staff here were kind and the building appeared small from the road however it had a ton of room inside. Now to the important part: I ordered a double cheeseburger plain (meat, bread, and cheese) with a side of fries and a drink. I can say with absolute certainty that this is the best hamburger I have ever had. Grilled perfectly. The seasoning I could not quite detect what was used but it coupled with the perfect sear made the meal absolutely perfect. I am very happy we came here today

This place was amazing! Atmosphere and people was great. had breakfast for lunch, and it did not disappoint. Food is fresh and homemade. The grits,.delicious and the livermush--YES. Hands-down the best way I've ever had it. It was a last-minute buy because my Midwestern best friend had never had any. She loved it. Can't want to come back and try the famous burger!

Wow, this place is DELICIOUS. The old school charm is oozing. The fresh taste is scrumptious from breakfast to lunch. I'm visiting the area and what some raw hamburger and livermush to take home so this experience can last longer.

How can I start? This breakfast was so good I came back for the burger. Let's say The grits were so perfectly made out of the pot. It tasted like it had already been in my bowl, and I Seasoned them perfect. For lunch. Came back for the cheeseburger.Oh my god It was so worth it. I had to order one 2 go. Plus, a Bologna sandwich. This was the best Bologna sandwich i have had in years from a restaurant.
