Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Monroe

My last two orders have been completely wrong. I recommend double checking before pulling out of the drive through.

Always enjoy getting ice cream and Bruster's has some of the best.

Ice cream (pumpkin spice is decent) BLAST is awful. Blizzard is 100x better. They literally have the laziest ice cream, they just have vanilla with candy dumped on top, no mixing and or multiple flavors.

Arrived at window tonight at 952pm (Sat Jul 22) Already closing/cleaning up. 3 of them looked at us and made no move to open a window. Small order, 2 scoops. 1. False advertising -supposed to open until 10pm 2. Took our business to Sweet Frog.

Great place, great ice cream! Amber is an asset to this company! I had a small issue which she resolved promptly. I recommended the banana split and chocolate waffle cone. We will be back!
