Chick-fil-a - Monroe

The new chicken sandwich was a disappointment, scoring just a 2 out of 10. On top of that, I received cold fries, which was hard to believe. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 and the service a 3.

One of the slowest chickfikas I’ve been too. The parking lot/drive thru flow is very bad also. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I really enjoy Chick-fil-A, and the staff at this location are excellent. However, I've noticed that during my last few morning visits for breakfast, the drive-thru service has been extremely slow. There have been several instances where cars have been stuck in place for several minutes. I've found myself waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru, even when the line isn’t particularly long. On one occasion, I had to pull out of the drive-thru after paying for my food because I was running late for work, despite carefully planning my time. I just don’t understand why the morning service is like this when the lunch rush is both much busier and much more efficient!

The chicken is excellent. The entire drive-thru experience can be a bit awkward if you're unfamiliar with the menu, so I recommend just ordering the chicken. Meal type: Lunch Price range per person: $10–20 Food rating: 5 Service rating: 5 Recommended dish: Spicy Chicken Sandwich
