Huey Magoo's Chicken Tenders

I don’t typically leave reviews for fast food restaurants but this one has me impressed from the moment I walked in with my family. The manager greeted us immediately with a huge smile! The cashier was extremely nice and the food was delicious like usual. These employees are top notch!

The manager Tamika was very welcoming! She greeted up as soon as we walked in. She also periodically checked on us while we were eating. The food was fresh, and the Black Berry lemonade was flavorful! I will be back.

FIRST time customer. The manager on duty at 1:20pm made me feel like family. She greeted everyone the same and made sure floor stayed spotless. So now the food... All I will say is bye bye Chick fill a and Zaxbys there's a new sheriff in town. Luv it.

The Loganville location is a disappointment, however this review does not reflect the quality of the food at this store. The first thing you see when you walk in is the stainless steel trashcans that are an eye sore compared to the rest of the decor. The certificate wall is nearly empty with the outline of removed certifications, or permits. The drive though lane has a severely busted speed bump. First impressions are important. I had a scheduled interview with the general manager that she apparently wasn 't aware of. I made these observations as I waited. When she finally met with me she apologized for being late, then introduced herself as Ms. D as if I was a student or child. This left a poor first impression. She took me outside and the interview consisted of one question, Tell me about yourself . She did not make any effort to build a rapport with me. Then she went on to talk about about herself and the company. Last she said that next steps would be a second interview. This interaction lasted less than 10 minutes. There was no structure and it felt unprofessional and a waste of my time.I was impressed by the shift supervisor who greeted and made small talk with everyone in the dining room including the crew coming and going at shift change. SHE is an asset to this company and I hope she is considered for this position.

We recently discovered HM while visiting Milledgeville, GA. OMG the food at that location was AMAZING!! We ordered a kids meal regular tenders and a 5 piece tenders. I pulled out one of the hot tenders and tasted it. Delicious! My son tasted a piece and decided he was no longer too sick to eat. I ended up returning and placing a second order before I returned to Covington, where I found out we have a location opening this month. I’m praying they do not disappoint us like this location. I raved about our Milledgeville experience and decided to take my daughter to the Loganvillle location, which is a 45-60 min drive. We waited a little longer there. That wasn’t a problem since it was a peak time. The customer service was very good and pleasant. We took our food to the car. I was so excited for my daughter to try. We both started eating and instantly became disappointed. The fries were Luke warm, my tenders were decent but wasn’t seasoned and crispy hot like ones I had the day before, from Milledgville. Even their grilled tenders were seasoned to perfection. There was a big difference in taste between locations. I pray Covington does not do this. I couldn’t believe we drove this far for this mediocre chicken experience.
