Applebee's Grill - Monroe

This restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere that is perfect for families. They offer a wide selection of appetizers and main courses. The General Manager, John, was exceedingly helpful in resolving an issue we encountered. Our server, Bianca, was delightful and provided excellent service.

The last time I dined at this restaurant, it was not a great experience. I had heard rumors about microwaves being used and was hesitant to return. However, a friend had a gift card so we decided to give it another try with the 2 for $25 deal, which included two entrees and one appetizer. We ordered a Cheeseburger with fries and shared a plate of Mozzarella sticks. I must say, we got our money's worth! The burger was cooked perfectly, although I was disappointed that they only provided ketchup and mustard, no mayo. Nonetheless, it was still delicious! The mozzarella sticks and fries were fresh and flavorful, and I particularly enjoyed the seasoning on the fries.

I don't visit Monroe frequently, usually only to see my mother. We typically choose Applebees, but this time my favorite dish was ruined. The meat and tortilla were both overcooked, and the onion rings were also overdone. To make matters worse, our soup arrived after we had finished our meal. The only positive aspect was that they replaced my dish, which looked and tasted great. Unfortunately, I had to take it home to eat since everyone else had already finished their meals.

I travel to work and visit most Applebee's all over the country. Always come to Applebee for the family atmosphere. This special store goes beyond and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience. I'm always sitting at the bar to not take room for families. The special bartender waiting for me went beyond and beyond to make sure that my Applebee experience was great. if you ever stop asking for MEL. She's the absolute best. Always smiles and super friendly.. best customer service in the city

Heather is always so nice to see when you first walk in always smiling and super friendly. And the server Kasey was so awesome! Great with my kid and very helpful, I'm gonna request her any time I can. Foods is pretty consistent and good, but I love the service.
