Very nice place, quiet and well decorated, the food was very good at a reasonable price, the worst was the kitchen service, for groups there was a long wait until the meals were served, when we asked for bread the second time they gave us hard bread, a shame I can't rate more for this reason. One of the worst gastronomic experiences lived in the region, as far as meat is concerned. The starters are saved, some with note. Others are pure innovation. The pink tomato salad with tuna belly is an exercise in pure surgery combining the concept of salad and carpaccio in a single dish. From a pink tomato they should get 6 or 7 servings. The quality price ratio detracts from the location, an old and beautiful mill that is worth a visit, but not to eat.
