Dunkin' - Monmouth Junction

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The quality has been steadily declining and it’s become disappointing. I found hair in both of my bagels, and they were stale. The coffee is mediocre at best; I’d rather drink anything else than what they serve here. I really regret giving them another chance.

The coffee and service were excellent, but the new lids for the cups are terrible and feel insecure. They should bring back the old lids with covers.

I was disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. They used the same gloves for both handling food and for working at the counter. When I ordered a bagel with butter and cream cheese, they only provided the butter. When I mentioned this to them, they said it wasn’t the first time someone had complained, which was frustrating. It seems there are ongoing issues that need to be addressed, especially since they don't cover their noses while handling food. Overall, it doesn't feel very hygienic.

They don't have a drive through, but probably because of #covid19 they provide curbside pickup. They are fast and the personnel is nice. There is plenty of surface parking available, the place is wheelchair and stroller accessible, the interior is small, though.
