Wendy's - Money

Employees were friendly and prompt. Store was clean. Reason for the lower rating is the food. Definitely not up to Wendy's normalcy. Wife got a wrap that was cold not grilled. Baconator was dry.

All food was good and the hamburger was exceptional!!

The customer service is sad to say the least. One car in drive thru and 3 customers inside the already eating. The employees waiting on customers really showed that they could care less about customer service! Was looking forward to a good burger and Wendy's normally has great burgers, but after standing at the counter without any communication or acknowledgement form the staff for more than 5 minutes, we walked out. Chick-fil-A here we come!

We always order on the app, as we have a large family and need to order a massive amount of food. Our orders are usually always accurate and for the amount of food we order they are pretty quick. They staff at the window always seem friendly.
