Spectacular, cozy, clean, one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted, I recommend it a bit high in the price, but it compensates the location and everything else

We went to dinner on Friday, there were a lot of people and they asked us to wait a few minutes to have a table, which was fulfilled. the treatment of the staff was correct and cordial at all times, so nothing to object to the service of the pizzeria. Now, let's go with the pizzas: the pizza valuation deserves double reading, since the ingredients (green, mozzarella, meat, tomato) were of quality and the taste of the pizza was quite good, thanking that all the ingredients were fresh and not frozen or from a can in can. On the other hand, the pizza dough deserves a radically different valuation than that of the ingredients. I can't understand that with a stone oven (electrical, but with stone) the pizza dough is sharpened to make sure that inside it didn't go raw, the one that is well made should be by the ability of the pizzero and not by drilling the dough, leaving it totally dry and flattened, being more like a vulgarta of flour than a dough fermented in fermented pizza, something that didn't have much more to dough. It may be (as a hypothesis) that they were overwhelmed with so many people and had to throw away frozen masses and hence that they would exacerbate them to ensure that they were not cold inside, but that would never be an excuse. With respect to the price, pizzas have an affordable cost taking into account the area it is. drinks are very expensive. to improve the dough, it would be a remarkable pizza.

I've been coming to tito luigi years, and it's definitely one of the best restaurants in the mountain range. Whatever you ask, pizza, pasta, meat or any incoming soup, everything is good. also the staff is charming and very attentive. Relation quality/ brutal price.
