Glasfryn - Mold

My wife and I went without booking on a busy Monday afternoon and were easily seated by a roaring fire (just what we needed after a long, frosty walk). The service was pleasant and immediate, and the food extremely tasty. I had the chicken pie which came with loads of veg and for the price was an ideal (generous) portion. It was one of the best pies I had in years. My wife had the quiche and whilst tasty and looked great on the plate was a more meagre portion and didn't seem to be as good a portion considering the price. We will still be going back none the less. The great thing about Brunning and Price pubs is that they do gastro pubs so well. You know you will get decent food, it's not too pricy and the surroundings are always nice. There is usually always plenty of choice for food and drink and it is very easy to cater for people with restrictive diets and fussy eaters.
