Nixon's Midtown - Mobile

I absolutely love this place! This little hidden gem is on Old Shell Rd., adjacent from Dew Deop Inn, and let me tell you, this place is amazinggggg!!!! The food is amazing, especially the spinach dip. The spinach dip was the best spinach dip I've ever had. And the bread they have to go with it is sooooo gooooddddddd. The Mid Town Dip is soooo gooodddd as well. The roast beef and the dipping sauce are just perfect!!! The green beans are to die for!!! They are too good. They used to have collard greens that were to die for, but no, the green beans are just too good and perfect!!!! This place is just a vibe. It used to be a pharmacy, but it has that kind of an old timey feel to it with a modern twist. And Elizabeth was freaking amazing. She was so sweet, kind, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was so friendly and personable. She talked to us, gave us some amazing suggestions, and she was just so nice. She is honestly one of the best bartenders we've ever had/encountered. She's just one of those people that you would love to be friends with, you know? Nixon's also has a lot of good beers on tap, too. The Blue Steel beer was phenomenal and a great suggestion from Elizabeth!!! 10/10 definitely recommend this place!!

Tonight was my first time trying Nixons ans it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely amazing! I had the cigar sandwich with green beans, and my boyfriend had the meatball sub with potato salad! We ate every bit! It's got an amazing vibe! Our sever was Nikki and she was the absolute best! We will he going back because I want to try everything on the menu! The beer selection was amazing for draft too! Truly impressed!
