Pizza Hut Mitchell

Perfect pizza place in town. My favorite place since opened.

Ordered wings and pizza online. Only the wings came a good charge of $26.99 for like 14 wings. I paid cash. Then while reordering the pizza I called the store, the line had a horrible static. The man on the other end, I explained the situation (more than once) and that I will be reordering the pizza. If he could waive the $1.50 debit fee from my last recipet, the wing order, as I paid cash and waive the second delivery fee. He laughed at me and said no I have to pay the second delivery and if I want feel free to take off the $1.50 from the bill when the pizza arrives. If my kid didnt want pizza, and wasnt looking forward to it.. lets just say I would not have ordered the pizza. Unbelievable, small town with alot of options for pizza. PizzaHut will no longer be getting my business. Check your bills neighbours! Nothing like paying $10.00 delivery fees and $1.50 debit fee when I paid cash. No sorry, nothing. Then the pizza came kinda burnt, lol. On a side note, the delivery driver was nice, I hope she finds better employment.

Ordered 6 pizzas on Christmas Eve (12 people)...everything was ready at time I requested, the pizzas were all hot so yummy, as always ?

I have no idea how the Pizza Hut in Mitchell stays open. Seems it is always closed to eating in OR as tonight, horrible service. I got seated right away, gave my drink order, and 15 min later, STILL no sign of the waitress who took my drink order and never did get my food order placed. Used to be my favorite place to eat. Now it's not worth my time to even drive by.

Deals on the app are fair, my orders have always been correct and food is very good too.
