Papa John's Pizza - Mint Hill

Eat good, but every time I go through for the, someone who treats eating is either not wearing masks or pulled it around her. (last visit was 6 september at 12 noon.)

My order was not correct. I called back and was told that I couldn't get a refund for what I didn't get. Then I was told that I would receive a 50% voucher from my next order in an email. That didn't happen either. My family and I have now eaten the pizzas of Papa johns twice in our lives and this is twice too many. Good luck with your franchise!

The food is decent, but on God they will try to overload you for a pizza to fix that you just have to look at them after they say the sum and how chicken, YOU MUCH!? with a very perplexed face and then boom as they doodle on their small computer and your price on normal. You're welcome.

Prompt delivery, apparently at the cost of quality. Pizza soggy in the middle, dough not completely baked, cheese unmelted in stains. The worst pizza ever. $29 for a soup sandwich. Never again.

Pulled in to pick up and the delivery drivers had taken all of the good parking.
