Fig Farro - Minneapolis

Our first visit to Fig and Farro was marred by an incompetant server. The food was good, good choice of wines which follow the theme of the restaurant. Nice decor and an OK noise level we could hold a conversation. Except for the server, a nice experience

We dine here occasionally and love it still. Simply a great vegan place.

Delicious vegetarian food! This was our first time and we will definitely go back.

Food was bland, overcooked mushy. pita chips were stale, appetizer brought to table after enter. cocktails interesting but small.

I guess we went on an off night. They were out of a few things on the menu. We ordered a falafel salad and slightly mushy pizza only OK. We were seated at a table near the window (even though it was mostly empty and it was a bit drafty. I really like the idea of this restaurant and strongly support the goal of switching to a plant based, sustainable diet. I wish Fig Farro would deliver more consistently on that ethical alternative. They make vegan cuisine seem elitist and often confusing in terms of what food is actually available and how it will taste or be presented. (This might be beside the point, but I also have to add their cocktails are way too sweet!!!
