Could the owner of this establishment please provide their employees with working drive-thru headsets? It's nearly impossible to comprehend what the drive-thru attendant is saying. Providing employees with the necessary tools to perform their jobs effectively is essential for any business.

I really don't understand why Tim Hortons is so popular. The coffee is mediocre at best, and there's no consistency between locations—my same order can taste completely different each time. Today, my coffee was lukewarm. They often get food orders wrong as well. The only reason I ever stop by is that they’re sometimes the only option nearby.

It's a typical Tim Hortons, just like any other one. The food is decent, but occasionally they might forget a part of your order. The coffee is alright as well. However, it's the only one in the area, so it gets the job done!
