Mill Pond Restaurant - Minden

Took our kids out for a Sunday breakfast for the first time at The Mill Pond and we were so impressed with how efficiently they were able to move tables along on a very busy day, while still giving each table lots of attention and never making anyone feel rushed. The servers were very friendly with our kids and patient. We had the Milly breakfast sandwich the Breakfast Special, both were delicious! The kids pancakes came in the shape of little bears and a heart and were cooked to perfection. We will be back!Kid-friendliness: Very patient with the kids and made sure they had lots of colouring and I appreciated how much the servers talked with the kids and didn’t just look to the parents for all the kid related questions.

An authentic gem of tasty food at reasonable prices, friendly down-home atmosphere with a sense of casual classiness at the same time. The Mill Pond is a wonderful destination that warms the heart; fills the belly; and uplifts the spirit.

My favourite Breakfast spot ever! It's always an amazing experience and has forever ruined breakfast at other places for me as nothing tops millpond for me.

Ordered take-out for lunch and arrived 15 mins after I placed the order, as they told me it would take 15 to prepare. I get there and wait outside for nearly 15 mins.... I go inside and this rude waitress grabs the takeout container from the counter that had been sitting there for the whole time I was waiting. I tell her that it's cold and she says she has a full restaurant and I can take it or leave it.... Very rude and I certainly won't be back
