Xian Kitchen - Milpitas

Food: very authentic Chinese cuisine and their specialty is noodles in north west region local food. The portion here is pretty huge, so my friends and I are always eat half and keep half for dinner whenever we don’t feel like cooking the dinner. Biang Biang noodle (spicy oil) is very recommended as your first thing to start here! Service: Very nice yet since most of the customers are Asian, they tend to serve with Chinese first but no need to worry about communication. Ambiance: very casual and a bit small.

Food is good. Service might need some improvements. Only one person covering all the tables.

It’s really unpalatable. I’ve never had sesame paste cold skin that tastes so bad. It’s super salty. The beef soup is bland and tastes like beef. I hope the store can improve it.

I ordered 2 rouburgers but they only gave me 1. That’s dishonest.

The steamed buns with steamed pork noodles are too delicious! The meat is spoiled! Extremely bad review!Their meat burger is so awful! It's already expired. The Meat is not fresh!
