Top Cafe - Milpitas

The food was delicious, hot, and served promptly. The service was also good.

I'm not sure what has happened to the quality of the food here. This restaurant has been one of my favorites for the last 10 years, but ever since the original chef left, the food has been terrible! It lacks flavor and they have also significantly raised their prices since the pandemic. I am so disappointed and will now be looking for a new Hong Kong cafe to satisfy my craving, even if it means driving further or waiting longer for delivery.

The sauce on both rice dishes was tangy. The salt and pepper ribs were delicious, despite that.

Spicy Salty Fried Squid was cooked well, but was not very spicy or salty. The squid tasted of good quality though. I would be happy to try other items on the menu.

Oddly very satisfying too eat, super tasty and filling!
