Kalesa - Milpitas

This is a fantastic spot for Filipino cuisine! It's truly one of the best places for Filipino food in Milpitas. We'll definitely be coming back whenever we're in the area. Food rating: 5/5.

Just like Auntie makes it at a family gathering! The menu included sisig, pinakbet, inasal, squash veggies, lumpia Shanghai, garlic rice, and halo-halo. It was delicious, authentic Filipino food. The only minor downside was that the inasal was a bit dry. Overall, a solid 5/5 for the food!

We had a fantastic family dinner at Kalesa! We've enjoyed their food as take-out during previous family gatherings, but this time we chose to dine in. With nine of us at the table, we were able to try a variety of appetizers and entrees, and we were not disappointed. The service was another highlight—very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be returning.

This was my first time trying Filipino food. I approached the occasion with minimal expectations and found the service to be friendly and prompt. The meal I selected was based on a picture in the menu. The portion was large and I enjoyed the overall flavor. The only disappointment was the disproportionate ratio of rice noodles to meat. It was heavy on the rice and a little too sparse on the chicken and shrimp.

Amazing Filipino food! Love their services and atmosphere as well. We were there to celebrate a friend's birthday and they would give you a free dessert and play a birthday song for you. The staff was dancing so enthusiastically. Great experience overall!Food: 5/5
