Contribuiți la feedbackMS Subbulakshi's Legendary Venkateswara (Balaji) Suprabhatam, the aroma of vadas being fried for a moment I felt I was in Mylapore, Chennai when went for breakfast.First let's talk about space: at my visit no seating inside. Very few outside.Second is food: I ordered Mini Tiffin. In Pongal they put very thin sliced Cashews ? South Indians except either halves or full ones (if you are lucky). Sambar was thick and just awesome. Vada was crisp and melting in mouth. Moni Dosa was OK. Idly was super soft.Third: few snacks are packed and ready for take away. I took one packet of Mixture (taking one packet I regretted later my wife scolding for buying only one) very good.Bay area residents are lucky to have Mylapore so close. Enjoy maadi.
This place has great coffee. One of the indian places that is open for breakfast. The lady at the checkout is very energetic and makes the take out process very quick. The food is great too!
Idly Express nails authentic Southern Indian cuisine. Their vada and coffee are standout favorites. Special shoutout to Supraja at the counter—her warm smile and welcoming nature enhance the experience. Must-visit!
For the last 4 times I had coffee here, though I ask for medium strong, the coffee has more decoction than a normal filter coffee. I have tried in other Mylapore locations, they are perfect and great. This Milpitas location needs a good receipt for filter coffee.
A good place to try south indian food. I really liked Idli and Vada. Not very hygienic and hardly any place to sit and eat. I do not like the fact they use Single Use containers to provide food to each customers not very environment friendly!!!Vegetarian options: It is a vegetarian only restaurant
