We are so annoyed of Taco Bell , Ryders lane . In couple of months we have ordered there every single time they have messed up the order . Giving beef instead of chicken .After the second visit they replaced the order. About today’s order 2 chicken cantina bowl got 1 and when I returned to store to claim another they denied saying we already gave 2‍ . It was a drive through Just want to review how this store has gone down . It’s everyone’s personal preference but this was my last visit on this branch Service: Take out

Drive thru guy working Monday night on the 13th needs to fix his attitude and focus on checking the orders are complete. Rolled his eyes when I asked for mild and hot sauce even though I asked for it at the speaker too. Definitely won't return to this location again. Update July 2023, forced to go to this location, nothing has improved. Not sure how they are still in business. Did mobile order pick up, order not ready on time. Ask about it 10 mins later, the girl just nods ok after looking at my phone, still no food another 10 mins later. I lean over the counter to ask if anybody is making mobile orders and the drive thru guy comes over to check and says you have to check in, I said I did 10 mins ago with her. Finally started making my food and order was still wrong, but didn't have time to wait for it to be redone. No signs to say you must check in. Other locations put the food on the mobile order pick up area and that's it. 0 stars! Not even 1 is accurate. Owners need to do a better job of training staff. Taco bell is probably one of the few almost food spots I enjoy. with most of my yelp friends from ca where they have some of the most amazing tacos.
