I visit McAlister’s multiple times a week because they are clean, well prepared and friendly. They go above and beyond. My order is always ready when I arrive (mobile) and even when they are behind or short staffed they visibly work extra hard to keep up with demand. Highly reccomend

Today I was waiting for my order to be taken and I saw the manager (at least I think it was the manager) she came from the kitchen to assist a group of soldiers with a large order. Though it was busy she handled it very professionally and timely. To come from the kitchen and assist with a group of people showed me that the manager was flexible and willing to step in where needed. As a manager myself I respect and appreciate when mangers step in to assist when needed. Great food and awesome customer service!
