Cupbop Korean Bbq In A Cup - Millcreek

My husband and I love cupbop! but this location?s service is so bad. The teenagers behind the counter were talking with their friends while we waited, the employee even trash talking the food saying they hated it. They didn?t even give us enough food to fill our cups; they just scraped the bottom to give us barely anything instead of having food ready or offering an alternative. The only employee that payed us attention was very slow and clearly still in training althoughthe other two employees were just chatting to their loud friends. We?ll be going to the location in the mall instead..

Food was good unless you don?t like korean. 3* for service and the way things were handled. Took alot of time for food and while removing empty bowls I see water dripping on to food bowls which is not good. A little combination of options.

Stopped by tonight for a quick easy dinner. The food was so hot and tasty! 10/10

Hands down the best customer service we have received. We've been coming here for a while and Charlott is always so attentive to every customer that comes in! She greets everyone with a warm and friendly smile!

One of my favorite places, definitely recommend! The staff is always nice. And Coral was very personable and swag! Almost starved to death, then she handed me that Piggy bop????
