Saigon Cafe - Millburn

The best pho in the Union county area I've tried and I've experimented with a few places through delivery near me on Doordash, seamless and postmates. This gem has had me hooked and no longer on the market they're only on postmates. Since my first order, I've already ordered 2 additional times and it's just been 3-4 weeks lol. I get their beef pho noodle soup each time and started to add grilled beef rare steak the last 2 times. They give a good amount of meat so not needed, I just like the variety and the grilled beef is slamming by itself, it's in a marinade. Overall love them for not being stingy with the meat, but keeping a good balance for the pho in the ratio of meat to other ingredients, the meat/ broth are really flavorful without being salty, and you never feel like you're running out of broth or needing to buy extra. They also give sauces veggies on the side that further enhance the flavor. Tried the grilled meat pao with my first order (1 chicken and 1 beef and they weren't bad but didn't really like them that much, have had better beef/ chicken buns). Pho is so good though I can't bring myself to knock 1 star off.

Food was cold, bland, did not receive everything ordered, vegetarian cold rolls (I know them as summer rolls) were torn and only consist of three items within the roll. I don't think this is a real Vietnamese restaurant. I've done better in my own kitchen.

Came here with a friend, ordered the beef summer rolls (no photo) was starving and ate before I could take a photo and the beef pho. A little problematic at first trying to get a seat, stood inside for some time and was mainly ignored until we asked if we could sit outside. Once outside staff was super attentive and friendly. Food was fresh, flavorful and tasty...would def come back.

Fantastic pho, even have a gluten free vegan option. My kids love the fried rice. Everything is fresh and consistently delicious. Vegetarian options: Best vegetarian pho around. A great meal! Very friendly and accommodating staff. I had the seafood pho. Great broth and noodles with tasty fishballs and nice sized shrimp. Prices are quite reasonable for excellent food. I plan on returning there soon, thanks!!!
