Kebab rice and Lamb kabab wrap was the most abundant, fresh, and delicious I've ever been to. The owner was very kind, and my children liked the fresh fries and kumara chips. The amount was large enough, too. I'm going to visit again with my friends.

Oh my god, what can I say about this place? Yes, the owner appears to be a very grumpy man. But he's OK. I did see Nim from the local dairy come in one day and crack a few jokes with him and he even smiled! So he can't be all that bad! Although I never managed to raise a smile, myself. Not that I tried or anything. I wasn't even courageous enough to tell him I didn't need the plastic fork. I just took it home and put it in the recycling. Yes, he is a slightly forbidding figure. But he's all right because... ...the food is decent. It's not the best of the best middle eastern food, but it's very tasty. The lunch special (chicken and rice) is good value and everything else costs more than that. I see reviews where people are complaining about price and/or portion size. Well, there's nothing else around. I though both were reasonable. I went here at least once a week when I lived in the area. And I would go again tomorrow if I were back there again.
