Tarahumara, LLC - Midway

Beautiful Mexican good and service and so a good place for children and large groups. There is not much to eat in the middle, so it is great that there is this place and offers a sit down experience with many options. I got the Steak-Fajitas and was happy. You need to try not filled in chips with all the amazing salsas that are available. I would recommend stopping if you only have a few days in Midway

Very different Mexican restaurant experience when I'm used to it, but it's some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. They have a regular restaurant, a separate bar area and a private Mexican bakery. We had their houses and Chili Verde. Your fools had the meat I've ever seen in a tampe. They were very tasty and worth something, a picture of. Her Chili Verde was also very good and full of juicy pork that was amazingly tasty. Definitely a place worth stopping in a small town where you don't have many restaurants.

The food in Tarahumara was as colorful as the autumn leaves on the drive to Midway! Not only do they have an extensive menu of North Mexican cuisine such as Tacos, Burritos, Tamalees, Enchiladas, Fajitas and Tostadas, they have an amazing made-fresh-daily Salsa Bar with over 20 offers! It is currently not self-service in the midst of Covid precautions, but they give you a Salsa Bar menu and brings you as many choice as you choose. My favorite was the pineapple mango salsa and Cilantro Crema. For lunch I choose the Carne Asada and Birria Tacos with a side salad instead of the usual rice and beans. The side salad from fresh field green was above the average side salad. It was made with corn, Kojita cheese, and spiced tortilla strips. Very recommend the passion fruit dressing with. Our seating on the outdoor terrace in the back for a late lunch was perfectly shaded, quiet, and with enough sunshine heat to stay longer. Sounds like they have live music on weekends in the evening, although you might want to visit their website to check. Good to enjoy the nice trip to Provo Canyon Tarahumara Restaurant and Bakery in Midway, Utah!

This fantastic local restaurant was recommended to me by one of my friends who travel a lot! She said we have to stop here absolutely while we are in Midway and we would miss completely if we don't. My best friend has the shrimp Tacos and I have a combo with shrimp Tacos/Burrito! All right! Everything was perfectly cooked with so much taste. Also large portion sizes! After we had our dinner, we ordered a desert over which our friend raves. Chimichangas cheesecake. Absolutely one of the best deserts I've ever had! If you don't give them an attempt when you're here, you're crazy! Besides the food, our waiter was so friendly and very attentive! Seriously one of the best restaurants I visited and it is a big step up from all tourist traps and chain restaurants in Heber! This local restaurant is a jewel!

Fantastic food and service, will be going back! All of the salsas are delicious (the pineapple one especially) and the chips are great. The kids meals have good portion sizes. The cocktails are also amazing. I highly recommend Hurachan, passion fruit juice and lime with lots of spiced rum! They have a cantina side of the restaurant for 21 and older. Large space for families and a great patio area. The tequila orange shrimp with vegetables was delicious and light, the vegetables were cooked perfect. Polo asado burritos were good. The beans and rice are also great. Big scoops and guacamole and sour cream with each meal. The side salad was delicious with the creamy cilantro salsa/sauce.
