Whataburger - Midlothian

These people are very kind, even when short staffed! Unfortunately I wasn't very friendly when I picked up my order but I still got great service. I apologize again, sincerely, for being rude... Great place!!

Slowest whatabuger I've ever been to. The one across town is hands down, by far a way better location.Service is EXTREMELY slow.Food quality is mediocre.Don't use the drive thu...... just dont....

It shouldn’t take 40 mins to make food for 2 people… simple as that. Never again!

Worst fast food restaurant in Midlothian. You would think after paying $15 for a meal and waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru the food would at least be warm. Wrong!

3-14-24Going to start time stamping my updates since I try this location every so often to see if it gets better. Well I'd say it's better than last time I went since last time I went wait times were an hour. This time it was 14 minutes from my order to getting my food only for my burger to be cold. I can't recommend this location to people still as the service just hasn't been good in years.
