Wendy's - Midlothian

The overall service and food quality at this Wendy's is incredibly disappointing. I drive past this location at least four times a day and would often stop in twice a week if the food were prepared properly and the employees were more professional. It's hard to believe they don't offer baked potatoes. The management is clearly at fault here; they've assembled a team that seems indifferent to their work. Honestly, these employees would be better suited for jobs at a landfill.

Tonight, the service at the drive-thru was astonishingly poor. The cashier taking orders lacked professionalism, and the other employee—who wasn’t even in uniform—was moving at a snail's pace, seemingly indifferent to the situation. We waited so long for our order that we ultimately decided to leave. We won't be returning at night again. When we expressed our concerns, the cashier acted as if she had no idea about the subpar customer service. It’s disappointing, especially since this is a nice city. Other drive-thrus seem to have it figured out. Both employees working after 11 PM deserve an F+.

The drinks here are terrible! They've been like this since they opened. I'm not sure if it's the plumbing or their drink machines, but the sodas never taste correctly mixed! We've just stopped ordering sodas altogether. Even the lemonade isn’t always made properly. I genuinely think it’s the water because even the plain water from there has a strange, funky taste. Sometimes the fries are fresh and delicious, but other times they're soggy and old. You really have a 50-50 chance of getting a good burger or chicken sandwich.

In my 40 years of living this was literally the worst experience at a Wendy's I've ever had. 40 minutes in the drive thru, the inside is closed so no customers there. They were out of things, forgot part of my order, and when I went inside they were all circled up laughing and telling stories. Then I got my fries which were forgotten from a guy who was obviously high, only to find them burned beyond edible. Do better Wendy's! Take pride in your company! Better yet hire me as your store manager and I'll double your business!

I pretty much come here once a week around 11-12 pm after work or the gym. Never had a bad experience, all the employees are kind and friendly and the food has always been great for me. Best Wendy’s
