Rally's - Midfield

Being a fan of checker/rallys.... this is the absolute worst place I've eaten. Service was awful, food was disgusting. Not sure why this location is even open.

I ordered the Mix and Match pick two items. I ordered the double fish sandwich and 2 chili dogs online from the Midfield store and paid almost $10. When I went through the drive through lane I only got the fish sandwich and was told that this store had nothing to do with online orders and I should use the app to get a refund

Went throught drive through to get a #6 around 5:53. The person answered the speaker and said we're in the middle of shift change. It said ok and waited. 2 minutes later she then tells me you can't sit on the speaker. I tell her I can't pull up there's 3 cars behind me. She then tells me that's fine I need to tell them too. I drive around and it's now 6:08. I drive up and she say we're doing shift change and walked of. Just rude and unprofessional. Since when do you shut down a fast food restraunt for over 15 minutes for a shift change ? I want revist

They didn't have no ice and it would've been ok but the soda where hot also

Love the employees the place is clean quick food is hot an ready know long wait
