Mediterranean Flavors Bar Grill

We went to Mediterranean Flavors for lunch today. The food was great, and the service was friendly. My daughter is 2 and she enjoyed sharing trying our meals!

Our first time and we will be back!! From the homemade soup served on the house , appetizers to our main course , we had a wonderful Greek meal. So delicious! Great service as well. A must try !!

I had my Husband's 50th birthday there and it was wonderful. The Staff was attentive, Maria the owner and Meghan our waitress were great!! All of our guests loved the food and atmosphere. Thank you again for making our night so special. Beverly Archer.

Great spot! A little outside of Middletown's city center, happy we found it! Serves some delicious authentic food. We ordered mostly Greek food, and everything was delicious. The dining room is a large size, and they have another bar room with doors to slightly separate it. When we were there they were having karaoke, and while it did get periodically loud when the door was opened for someone coming going, it kept it surprisingly quiet. They have a little outdoor deck for dining too. We had the spanakopita to start which was yummy. I then had the grilled octopus, and the Cheese Saganaki. The octopus was cooked great, and I had never had saganaki before and wanted to try. It was really good! Super crispy outside and great salty cheesy flavor, and the tart cherry sauce was delicious. Honestly, with a little more cherry sauce, this could be a great desert too. I love octopus and advised my friend to order it since she'd never had it, and it's her new favorite dish! I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. The fries had an unusual color and weren’t fully cooked. The packaging was fine, but not very informative. That’s all.
