Donatos Pizza - Middletown

I really enjoy placing orders from this restaurant! The food always arrives quickly, and it's super convenient and easy to use DoorDash for delivery.

The pizza was excellent, as always. The sandwich was just average. Next time, I’ll make sure to order the dressing or mayonnaise on the side. The half portion of cinnamon bread had a great flavor, but it would have been even better if it hadn’t stuck to the box—using paper lining might have helped prevent that.

I ordered pizza, boneless chicken with barbecue sauce, and garlic cheese bread. Unfortunately, none of the food was good at all. Everything was extremely bland and lacked flavor. I expected to at least taste garlic in the garlic cheese bread and some seasoning on the pizza, but that was not the case. I will not be ordering from there again!

First time getting the hand tossed crust, it was delicious!!! We love Donatos!

After several minutes, I began to think my order wasn't ready, so I went to wait in my car. After 15 minutes, I discovered that my order had just been entered into the system, despite me being there for over 20 minutes already. While I was waiting, the same woman kept serving customers at the back without addressing the situation at the front. From what I could see, everyone in the back was just standing around, and it seemed like no one knew or cared about what was going on. This place was fantastic two months ago, but now it appears that they need to completely rebuild their staff. This experience felt very unprofessional.
