The Fire Pits At Powder Ridge

Fire at the ridge is hands down to eat my favorite place. the food quality and the environment are perfect for an intimate dinner with friends or business partners. especially the fire-fighting seats are a good opportunity to spend an evening with friends who catch up and enjoy a good meal. the service can be overwhelmed at busy nights translate to delays in order to order and eat and drink delivery occasionally, but the staff is always friendly and helpful and the eating and drinks are always worth more than waiting!

So we could book a reservation for 7:30 and had to learn that the kitchen is closed at 7:00 a.m. it was very disappointing and we had to find another place to eat. if they cannot accommodate the reservation, they will not leave it to be booked. It's pretty simple. very disappointed!

The man who helped my party to illuminate our fire pit was super nice and very helpful. he even threw away our food dishes. Apart from that, the service was terrible. that was our first come, so we were lost something, and everyone involved seemed to know nothing. the lady I checked with me gave me my reception and didn't tell me where to go next, no direction at all.

Very disappointing experience. four different people who worked on the property did not know basic information about how to buy service in the reserved fire pits where to buy lift tickets, among others. we have booked a fire pit and there was no firewood burning, no service and the few hours we were there, not a server came from our fire pit. the location of the fire pits is not ideal, and our special fire pit was surrounded by 4 inch mud. we had to order all the food and drink by going into the bar and bringing everything in order to go into our fire pit. it was a waste of time and money.

We enjoyed the cool night. The staff was friendly and service fast.
