Contribuiți la feedbackAfter a frustrating wait of 50 minutes, we were finally seated at 5:45 PM, only to be placed in a less desirable area near the waiting section. We requested to be moved to a table with more privacy, which added to our already lengthy wait. Our server, however, was a bright spot in the evening, providing us with attentive service and tasty food despite the slow kitchen. I have been a patron of Red Lobster for over 35 years and have always enjoyed my visits, but this experience fell short of expectations.
Our waiter, Octavius D was the best server we have had at Red Lobster in years. Absolutely pleasant, so engaging and extremely attentive despite having a large number of tables that he was serving as well as ours. He did everything to ensure our dining experience was 100% enjoyable and delicious. Because of Octavius, we will be returning soon. Greatly appreciated. Thank you
We had a reservation at 430 were not up to 450. The hostess laughed at us when we said we had a reservation of at least 5 more groups before us. We asked a table in the bar to be sent to the main dining room. The food was good, but to get to our places not so good! The waitress was there.
Our experience at the restaurant was incredibly disappointing and insulting. We arrived 35 minutes early for our 5:30 reservation, but the hostess told us it was 25 minutes late. We decided to wait at the bar and have a drink. At 5:35, I asked the hostess how much longer it would be. Two women were there - one named Stefanie and another whose name I couldn't remember, but had three syllables starting with a 'T'. They informed us that there were two names before us and that our reservation was not really a reservation, just a placeholder. Despite making the reservation days in advance, they were dismissive and unhelpful. After 50 minutes of waiting, we were finally seated at 5:45 in a less desirable location near the waiting area. Despite slow service and a mix-up with the bill, our server tried his best to provide good service. The food eventually came out of the kitchen and tasted good. Although I have been a loyal customer of Red Lobster for over 35 years, this experience left much to be desired.
The ambiance of the restaurant is very pleasant and inviting.
