Smoothie King - Miami

My drink was not filled to the top it looked as if I ordered the small when I ordered a medium.

A strawberry Hulk ordered and it tastes super watery, the texture was also not solid. Usually at other smoothie-king location I order the same for years. I know the taste and texture. The first and last time I go to this place. I was inside when they made it. They added a lot of ice and water and when it came to strawberries, they went cheap and only very little add. Therefore, the smoothie tastes like ice and water and no strawberry flavor with texture. They are so cheap in adding the right recipe ingredients: Close to $10 for basically water and ice with some pink color. Very disappointed. You should be ashamed to cheat customers like that.

We're on 3. Juli arrived here. 20 minutes before closing an employee told us that we somehow close?. The first time in my life, we felt guilty that we wanted to buy something and make some profit for the company. When she saw that we were confused by her statement after we asked? Oh, you close, but it's like 7:40????? then she decided they didn't close and called another employee to come. Then more costumes arrived, like 6 of them. Besides and most importantly, she also made us smoothie that tastes like never before, it was so grounded that we could not recognize the taste and consistency of the smoothie. I always order Lean1 in other smoothie King?s and I know exactly how it should taste. If you don't like your job so much, maybe you should think of working somewhere else? Do not recommend this place!

I went in at 8:30 for 1 smoothie. I was not welcomed, the first employee was on their personal phone, money and washing dishes (unsanitary) and working very slowly. The 2nd employee (who made all the smoothies alone) did not know how to manage the amount of orders they had and together made them a bad team. I waited 30 minutes for a smoothie. (I had to renew my paid parking space for so long) The company could support deep cleaning and more employees for customers. Overall, I will not return to this place.

Must have been the worst managed smoothie King I?ve. Every time I have ever placed an order here (5 times now) it was not even started by the specified pickup time. Not even. And never because they are actually an invigorated situation always because the staff seems incapable to handle the basics of this (very simple simple simple) business. ve made more mistakes than I could count on individual drinks; the place is never clean, and the staff never has an indication of what is going on. This will really be the last time I visit it?s just not worth the mistakes/hassle/bad timing/bad experience, even if the next next smoothie king is nowhere near so convenient.
