Contribuiți la feedbackI had the sweetest server with familiar family type environment. I ate the Corqueta sandwich with a coffee con leche. My food was hot and delicious. I cannot wait to come back.Cash Only place but so worth it(NOT expensive)
Fast service and good food! I think this cafeteria has it all, and I'm blessed because they were able to satisfy my hunger and quench my thirst. The foods they served was really fantastic, and the servers are really impressive with their job. I will surely recommend them to anyone I know! I am deeply satisfied!
The food at Rocio is straightforward, homey, and comforting—perfectly safe in its simplicity. Don't expect any fancy gourmet chefs performing culinary theatrics, especially given that you’re in the historic and culturally rich Eight Street in Miami. If you’re familiar with Central American classics, you'll know what to expect. The sandwiches are consistent with those from other locations because, let’s face it, why change something that works? The Café con Leche is exactly as you’d anticipate, rich and satisfying. And the service? Oh, the service is truly remarkable. It might just be the best you’ll find on Eight Street. The staff genuinely cares about your dining experience, taking an interest in your preferences and ensuring you feel at home. Rocio creates a warm atmosphere, enhanced by the surroundings, the delicious food, and even a small 24-inch TV in the background showing a Univision talk show that somehow draws you in because it feels like a home you never knew you were missing. If you find yourself wandering down Eight Street toward Brickell, whether on a weekend or a weekday, don’t hesitate to stop by. Order a "croqueta preparada" and a Café con Leche, and you’ll understand that your $10 spent was indeed worth the experience. I’d even offer to refund you if you disagree! In a sea of emerging restaurants and chefs, Rocio stays true to its mission: providing comfort, delicious food, great service, and, at the end of the day, “Que Dios los bendiga.”
The food was disappointing. The meat was dry and lukewarm, while the yellow rice was the only item we found acceptable. Although they did take two meals off our bill, they still charged $3.00 for each bottle of water—five bottles added up to $15 just for water. This place feels like a complete tourist trap. I strongly advise against eating here! On a positive note, the music was enjoyable and my beer was cold, but overall, I suggest you steer clear of this restaurant!
When a restaurant offers great food and excellent service, you can count on me to keep coming back. This cafeteria is my favorite spot for breakfast. The food is absolutely delicious—it tastes divine! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed at my table. The owner was also very welcoming to all customers.
