Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Miami

Three young girls at the service counter were all on their phones and completely ignored the customers. I mistakenly thought the drip butter was caramel because the label on the bottle was impossible to read. When I asked for change because I couldn't eat peanut butter, they refused rudely. My companion had trouble getting his yogurt from the machine and it tasted awful. It seemed like it was almost finished. There was no assistance provided.

The owner of this establishment is highly detrimental to their employees. Despite the hardworking and extremely friendly staff, the owner prioritizes customers over the well-being of their employees, often displaying passive aggressiveness. A word of advice to the owner: treat your employees with respect!

A few days later, I called to inquire about the points, but a staff member informed me that I had been given incorrect information and nothing could be done to claim the points. I understand that there can be technical difficulties with computer systems, but a better system should be in place to ensure that loyal customers can receive their rewards points.

Helper at the recipe are always very friendly and the frozen yogurt is amazing plus the price is never excessively expensive.

The kids love it. Good toppings and flavors. One negative is the price. You have to definitely keep an eye on how much you put on the cup or you will end up paying $10 for a froyo!
