Burgerim - Miami

Save your money and go somewhere else. The owner is the rudest most unproffesional human being I’ve ever met and called the police on me for not liking his food.

This was the worst place I've ever been in my life. Awful. The attendant was very rude, spoke quietly, didn't seem like she wanted to help. We asked about the size of the fries, available beers... she didn't give proper answers. Had earphones in the entire time.On top of that, dishonest. We mentioned missing items in our order, she came, saw the food, and claimed she couldn't refund because we had already eaten. A liar! She even came to our table to check. Such a dreadful place; they should close since they don't know how to treat customers and lack any desire to work

The service and atmosphere at BurgerIM were great, but their burgers, while definitely tasty, are much smaller than they appear in the photos at the restaurant. My friend mentioned that they looked like White Castle burgers from Harold and Kumar and I have to agree with him.Update: The business replied and mentioned that I didn't order their larger burger. Now that I know this is possible and that different sizes are available, I will do so in the future, but I was unaware that there were two sizes to choose from. Now I know! Thank you, BurgerIM.

Chicken burger not good at all and burnt onion rings. Definitely do not recommend theres a 5 guys down the street thats million times better.
