Shula's Steak House Miami Lakes

Everything except our server was great. I expected more on the service page for the price you pay to dine. She seemed more concerned with her other tables than with us and did not apologize or gave a sincere farewell when she returned the check. It felt like she just wanted the quick tip and did not make the meal at Shula the experience it should be. In addition, I found a plastic wrap around my Bleu cheese butter, but the dishes and drinks were excellent.

As far as food is concerned, it was excellent. However, we had reservations and had to wait 30 minutes.

Food and service was very nice. Service was always there, but not float. Really enjoyed being pampered for a night.

Outstanding old school prime Steakhouse. Excellent staff at all levels of service. Wonderful atmosphere where you are surrounded with lots of NFL football memorabilia from back in the day of Coach Don Shula. Delicious steaks, appetizers and drinks. Great desserts. Highly recommended!!!

Mediocre overall. Staff was friendly and attentive, especially when trying to correct an oversight. But the quality of food just isn’t there.
