Come and enjoy the best Nicaraguan cuisine in the city. The service is excellent, the music and atmosphere are great, and the prices are reasonable. You don't want to miss out on this experience!
I recently dined at El Novillo located on Bird Road/62nd Ave and had a fantastic experience. The restaurant offers excellent service, a charming atmosphere, and consistently great food quality. The baby churrasco is a standout dish and is definitely one of the best in Miami! I highly recommend trying their Executive Lunch for an affordable yet delicious dining option.
We've been going to this place almost on a monthly basis for the past four years. Consistently soft and juicy churrasco, tasty accompaniments and friendly service never fails here. We've been to other Nicaraguan steak houses in The Falls, Flagler Street, and on the Bird Road, but this one is by far the best.
This restaurant in Nicaragua is known for its delicious churrasco, which is made from lean, center-cut, butterflied tenderloin. The special chimichurri sauce (made with parsley, garlic, olive oil, and spices) is a highlight at El Novillo. The restaurant prides itself on using genuine Central American marinades, sauces, and spices. It is recommended to order any additional sides when you place your order, as the typical options are rice and beans. While the ribs and appetizers may not be a hit, the churrascos are definitely worth trying. The only downside was the surprising suggestion of a different special by the waiter over the churrasco.
