Watr at the 1 Rooftop - Miami Beach

The atmosphere and mood here is super cool. I love the fresh air and roof scene. the bar is great. eating is delicious. the drinks are at the top. the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about eating and drinks. very recommend they try this place. probably one of the best restaurants in miami. will surely come back.

That was a total WOW experience. high point of the evening was to see lebron james in the lobby, all after that was an icing on the cake. the watr restaurant in the 1 hotel rooftop is an upscale dach restaurant with Japanese cuisine in Peruvian style. everything we ordered, tasted amazing and had so interesting aromen! my favorites were the lachs nikkei, papas criolo and crispy Brussels sprouts. the salmon slept in my mouth and the sauce was incredible. the papas (kartoffato criollo was also tasty and they can just eat further. each court was better than the next. they can not have a better view of the sea than here! love the dachblick, the beautiful pool and the beautiful plant life and decor. the service was exceptional. our server was so attentive and made so great recommendations. make them reservations and dress up for a nice culinary experience in watr! they are blown away.

First visit in miami. this place was classic and I would definitely visit here again! braden was an excellent bartender and has made us some great recommendations for our visit! beautiful pool on the dach terrace, sitting around. highly recommended!

Very exotic. the food was delicious, cassandra was very attentive to drink. good enough. I waited for an hour for a table because I had no reservation.

Was lucky enough to celebrate my 30th birthday at WATR and even luckier we got Augustina as our waitress. She made the evening special along with Robvesha who made sure we got a great view of the beach. She was attentive, kind and did a great job with not only us but all her tables. Her drink and food recommendations were spot on and delicious. She even took the time to take a picture for a guest and make sure they enjoyed their time. Thank you for making this birthday so memorable. Highly recommend the Brusselsprouts, cevice, poke bowl and the dragonfruit cocktail.
