It was wonderful! Best service in South Beach! The sushi was fresh and perfect, drinks were amazing and their roles were some of the best I ever had.

Light solo dinner during the business trip. Hostess and support staff ensured that I refilled kept water immediately and comfortably, deleted dishes and flatware during meal without being intrusive. Server was cordial, attentive and helpful. Enjoy a martini and nibble part of an enormous freshly baked popover (fabulous! while listening live piano music in the lobby. The excellent pianist continued during the meal and played a variety of pieces. The food was fresh, delicious and well prepared. Good wine selection. The stone crab claw (MP; $55 for a Jumbo claw was served on ice with a delicious Dijon mustard sauce. The fillet (ordered medium came cool for touching (as if it was waiting awhile, but that was immediately corrected, so temperature and skill were exactly right. Huge side of the big asparagus was hot and perfectly cooked, but could have done with less pepper. The server's wine proposal paired well with interesting Burrata salad (with grilled grapes, dressed green and carburized bread). Several delicious dessert options were tempting, but ordered fresh fruit plate to finish; nice assortment and it would have been enough for two, so I brought most of it back to breakfast. Will be happy to eat again when I'm in Miami/SouthBeach.
